Gallery: Giggs leads training
Ryan Giggs took his final training session before his first game as interim manager of Manchester United on Friday, surrounded by his old team-mates and now assistants Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt.
The Reds’ most decorated player was put in temporary charge of first-team affairs on Tuesday following the departure of David Moyes.
Giggs has since led the sessions at the Aon Training Complex, with input from Scholes, Butt and Neville, and club photographers John and Matt Peters were there on Friday to capture some of the scenes. Click on the photo above to view a selection of images.
